2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

btd99 may conduct an identity verification process at any time. You may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved documents as required. The platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

2.2 Password & Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential and do not share them with any third party. Report any unauthorized access to your account to the btd99 support team immediately. btd99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a failure to keep your account secure.

All transactions on btd99 are fully secure and protected through SSL encryption. Designated payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to create multiple accounts, manipulate, or exploit the system for the purpose of obtaining bonuses will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture. btd99 reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any bonus at any time.

btd99's special VIP program has three tiers that provide weekly cashback and additional benefits for active players.

• Bronze — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent and regular activity. Detailed terms apply to VIP benefits and are subject to change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btd99 platform:

• Any attempt at cheating, hacking, or technical exploitation
• Playing or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting platform staff
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
• Following systematic betting strategies specifically aimed at extracting bonuses

Any of the above violations may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

All game results on btd99 are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer system and follow fair play principles. If you have an objection regarding any game result, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the result being published.

7.1 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection, or other technical issue, btd99 will refund the relevant bet amount or resolve it according to the game log. The platform's decision in such cases will be final.

7.2 In Cases of Ambiguity

If there is disagreement over the interpretation of any clause in the Terms, btd99's interpretation will apply. Any dispute will first be sought to be resolved through the support team.
